Need advice!

Need advice!

I use to be best friends with 2 girls my whole teenage years..

One girl I gave up on.. She is not allowed to have friends and is abused and she likes her life like that.. So I have left it alone..

The other girl we have been emailing each other since Sept.. Now the reason we stopped speaking in the first place was she was dating some guy who really changed her and made her forget who she was.. He made he become someone I couldn't even be in the room with.. It made my skin crawl.. So we had a HUGE blow out and never spoke again. Now That I am planning my wedding I want her to be a part of it..

She said she would love to but she would like to see me and talk.

OK.. All of you know I am NEVER for a loss of words..This time I am...

What do you think I should say to her. Besides HI.. I missed you and There is no way we are ever losing touch again?

Just tell her how you feel.I'm sure you'll have no problem. When you see her, it will all just come out.

I tend to agree with novemberbride. If you have not seen each other/spoken in awhile, there is probably a lot to catch up on - life, friends, family and the words will probably come naturally when you see her.

I have certain friends that I feel like I can just pick up where I left off, even if it has been ahwile since we last spoke. From your post, it sounds like this girl is like that for you, especially since you want her to be part of your wedding.

Good luck

I agree-if you were really good friends in the past then it will all just come back when you see each other again. After the first few awkward moments, I believe everything will 'click'. Sounds like you are both really into keeping the friendship so it should go well no matter what!

I'd wait till you get a bit closer to your wedding.
Get together with her a few times and see how it goes
