need advice

I totally rushed into everything when we got engaged and felt i needed to choose my BM asap. WELL... now i have asked them, i have 6. 3 of my sisters, 2 FH sisters and 1 of my friends.

I have 2 problems... NOW that im thinking about it, i dont want to have the friend anymore, she cuases so much drama and its only been 2 months, i will want to kill her after a year. but i feel its too late. FH doesnt care... i dont know what to do!! i cant un ask her that would be so rude!

my other problem is FH only has 4 GM. he doesnt want anyone that he isnt really close with and doesnt have any super close friends anymore since he works wayyy to much. BUT he feels that they HAVE to be even.

Anyone else have uneaven BPs? were the pictures ok? any creative ideas on how to solve this??

i had an uneven bp, and it was perfectly fine. At the church the best man was at the altar with groom...moh walked in alone. The rest of the bp walked in as couples, only one had to double up, i had one bm with 2 groomsmen...it also worked out bc i needed somebody to walk my mother down the aisle and i had a gm walk her.

The pictures came out fine too, i have pics in my album.

1 . its your wedding, you most certainly CAN un-ask her. or at least give the 'you better get your act together' ultimatum. i know it sounds bridezilla-ish, but seriously, enough is enough.

2. uneven can actually look better. i think 2 walking with 1 is very very classy. and there are only a few pictures that you like HAVE to take with the BMs on one side and the GM on the other... the rest you can mix up and nobody will even notice.

Re: need advice

fh has 8 gm and i have 5 bm. Its uneven yeah, but the photographer can deal with setting people up for pics. And yes you can kick her out. Its your wedding! You can always use money as an excuse ( one more gift to buy, one more place at rehersal dinner etc)
