Need Advice

So I pre-ordered my cake topper in July because it was sold out everywhere and the designer told me it was in high demand and it would be best to pre-order it.

I ordered it and was charged when the shipment was supposed to come in on July 27th. The designer contacted me and told me the shipment was late and asked if I would mind waiting until the August shipment since my wedding is next year. I was fine with it but now she's asking me again to wait until October because she wants to make sure all her Sept. brides gets their toppers.

I've already paid for my topper; credit card was charged and that bill was paid last month. So I'm entitled to my topper.

So my question is, should I be a bridezilla and tell her no I want it now and I don't care about Sept. brides or do I be nice and say sure I will wait until your Oct. 15th shipment.

I would tell her if you have to wait until Oct then you want the shipping refunded.

honestly... your wedding isnt until next year... if she has brides that need theirs this month because they are getting married sooner... i would tell her no problem...

but her business habits are not very good if she hasnt sent september brides their toppers yet

thats a good idea, theres no reason why you should have to pay for shipping up front if its not getting shipped until like 4 months after your purchase

I remember your cake topper and i have it notebooked! it is BEAUTIFUL!!!
its true that its sodl out everywhere...but IMHO that is not your problem...you paid...demand it!
