I am a Catholic school teacher.. I went to Catholic school my entire life as well even for college and now in graduate school. I am meeting with the pastor of my school on 12/8/12 to book for our wedding. However, I am unsure if this is the church i want to marry in (not my home parish and refuse to attend Church at my home parish- so its not an option). Anyway, I was considering another Church where I went to elementary school as well as the reception hall. Do you think it would be offensive if I did not marry in the parish I work for?

It wouldn't be a problem. I'm a Catholic school teacher as well & I'm not getting married in the school affiliated parish.
Not at all offensive! Many people don't even get married in their home parish and that's not offensive either. You should get married in a church that YOU love.

Totally fine, no one can dictate how/where you get married. Do what you and your FI feel is right
