Need Advice....

I don't mean to vent... yes I do.. bu I really have something I would like to get off my back.

I have a friend that I was friends with in High School and than through out college we lost touch. Than we recently met each other again, and its as if time never passed. We were always good friends and I think now are too. I was engaged already when we met, but I asked her to be my BM. Well now she is engaged.. and I don't think she will ask me. I mean she does have lots of family that needs to be in the BP plus some friends - who she never lost touch with.

Am I stupid for feeling sad., that she probably won't make me her BP? I am just so sad over it! I wish she would tell me already, either way, so I can move on. --

A very similar thing happened to my fiance, he was very upset at first but then he got over it. Maybee she will still ask but if she dose not from a brides point of view you have to understand how hard it is to pick the bridal party.

I have a friend who got engaged and I was sure I would be a BM. She didnt ask me. I was a little upset at first, but it was ok. I was happy just to be invited to her wedding.

I got engaged and asked her to be a BM and their are no hard feelings or anything. I am honored to have her as a BM and I was honored to be invited to her wedding.

dont worry..dont be upset. friendships are a lot more important then a bridal party. a wedding is for a day, your friendship is a lifetime
