Need advice! Crest Hollow or Woodlands at Woodbury?

Hello ladies, I need your help! I'm planning a daytime wedding for Fall 2013 and I've visited so many wedding venues looking for 'the one.' I have seen 2 places that stand out: Crest Hollow Country Club and Woodlands at Woodbury. They are completely different feels, but I like them both. Here's why:

CREST HOLLOW:
Pros:
-Love the beachy grounds & outdoor ceremony space
-plentiful options for cocktail hour & entree
-rooms are big, guests will not feel cramped
-for daytime wedding, i think we can close blinds in the room to create a more nighttime ambiance
Cons:
-rooms have an outdated feel (pink carpets, chairs are not great, curtains seem old)
-There can be 3 other events at the same time
-if the weather is bad that day, all will be held inside in outdated spaces and I'm not sure how i feel about that.

WOODLANDS:
Pros:
-Beautiful mansion
-One wedding at a time
-Great reviews on food
Cons:
-Dance floor seems small
-Ballroom is a bit narrow, will guests feel like they're stuck in the back of the room with mediocre view of dance floor?
-Pass golfers on the way in
-For daytime weddings, don't know if we can close curtains to create a nighttime ambiance

We booked with CHCC, but recently went to a wedding at The Woodlands. I think there is a large price difference for one.
The Woodlands was really intimate and beautiful, and the food really was pretty good. The dance floor was able to hold a lot of people, so I wouldn't worry about that. We were placed at one of the last tables all the way in the back to the right. I totally missed the first dance, father/daughter dance, etc.
CHCC has amazing grounds, but I would love it if we had one a one wedding venue. I wouldn't change our choice for the world. If you have ANY questions, FM me!
