One of my BM is getting married next year. She has a large bridal party- 13 girls, 9 guys and 4 kids. Anyway, she grew up pretty equally close to two girls (we'll call them 'Amy' and 'Stacey') but she's much closer with Amy so she asked her to be her MOH. We're concerned Stacey is going to be hurt, so we're trying to think of some other special honor to give Stacey. My friend thought about having her do a reading, but she doesn't think that's good enough. Any other suggestions for a special job or title Stacey can have?

Make them both MOH's... I have two for that very same reason... It also works out because she will have two people to call on during the wedding preparations

The bride really doesn't want to do that. She just wants Amy to be MOH.

What about having her be the 'head bm?' or assistant MOH??? If the MOH is getting a different dress from the BM's, have Stacey have something a little different too.

what about co-MOH's?
opps saw your response to this
honestly i would jkust leave it as is then...i think going out of your way to make another BM feel extra special is tooo obvious...
i am sure she will get over it..

Re: need advice for a friend
I had this dilemma with my sisters. I ended up making one a maid of honor and the other a matron of honor. even though I am WAY closer to one than the other.
I felt it was the right thing to do.

What about giving her a reading at the ceremony? No special title though
