Who have you dealt with at Fox Hollow? I wanted to make an appt to go and see it since the place looks like exactly what I am looking for, but when I called the person that I spoke with was very rude when I started asking about the possibility of making changes to the packages. If there is someone else there to deal with that you recommend then I would consider trying again; I don't want to have to work with someone that isn't nice.

My BM was Dave thats who we booked with, he was very friendly and accomodating.

My BM is Ken. He is really nice, patient and is always available or returns calls within the hour to answer all of my questions...Love him! As for the people that answer the phones, they can be rude on the phone at times.

I met with and signed my contract with Dave. He was really nice and answered all of the questions we had and really worked with us on the pricing and what was included.

I met and signed with Bill. He was great and not pushy at all. Ken is great too (he showed me the room that I eventually booked). I think all the BMs there are great, so whoever you talked with might have been having a bad day... Good Luck!!!

We met with Dave. He went through how the day would go & all of the options. Also, he broke down the pricing for 125 people with the plus, plus. Then he brought us down to choose what room we would want the CH to be in if it was indoors. Then, finally to Garden Terrace. We fell in love with room and bridal suite. We left telling him that we needed to discuss with our families, (which we really did), and would be in touch. We knew right away with everything that was included and the beautiful room that this was the one. We made a second appointment a week later to meet with him again and signed. He was very helpful and willing to answer all of our questions. Good luck!!!

i have ken too and he was the best!!!!!!!..with us being so close i have mostly dealt with jennifer the event coordinator and she is great!!!!!
