need advice-I don't think anyone is throwing FH a bachelor party
Is it wrong for me to step in?
I feel bad. Our friends mentioned it a while ago, but I think they are waiting for the best man ( Fh's cousin) to contact them. He took down my email address in the end of June, I assumed to email me for addreses of FH's freinds, but he hasn't. I saw him once since then (last week) & he didn't say anything.
I think he is away this week.
I am afraid isn't going to get around to it & he starts school at the end of the month & will be really busy then.
Should I just email him & say here are the addresses of FH's friends, for when you start the bachelor party planning?
ETA: Mine is being planned by my friends since my MOH ( also a cousin) is OOT, but I feel bad talking about it with FH since we don't know what is happening with his.

i would definitely say something to the BM. just send him an email with the addresses, and just be like, 'so do you have any ideas of what you're going to do for the bachelor party?' if he can't do it, iam sure some of the other guys will be happy to!

You should definitley e-mail his BM. Send the the addresses of the other guys and ask him when he's planning it for so you could make sure that FH doesn't make any other plans. Then the ball is in his court and you'll know where things stand.

Send him an email giving him the addresses and telling him you just wanted to know if he needed help with anything, like perhaps calling the other guys or something, because you know he is going back to school soon an will be really busy!!

Thanks. That's not too pushy? He's not obligated to throw a party, but he did mention it a while back. . .

I would send an email to his BM and groomsmen with some dates that are good and contact people...

I don't think it's too pushy if you phrase it like you said in your original post. Just checking in to see what's up and if you can help by providing addresses, etc.
Sometimes men need a little push to get organized!
