Need Advice! I never sent out bridal shower thank you's

It sounds terrible, but I was too busy to write them. I was the only one planning the wedding and I just nevet got around to sending them out. Now, the wedding is finally over and I HAVE to figure out what I'm going to do about the wedding thank-yous and the shower thank you's. I haven't gotten my proofs from DUET yet, and I am thinking of getting really nice Thank you's from them for the wedding. My question is:
1)Should I send out 2 separate Thank You's (one for the shower and one for the wedding?) 2) Forget the shower thank you's - and just make the wedding thank you's really pretty?

OMG I have the same problem. The shower was back in Jan and I haven't sent the thank you cards yet
I started writing the card right after the shower and never got around to mailing them. I'm gonna mail them anyway since I haven't picked a thank you pic from Patken.
I think you should send out the shower thanks yous. Come on girl we can do this

Send the shower thank you with a note that you apologize for the delay but with the planning for the wedding - which you hope they enjoyed - you couldn't find the time to give them a proper thank-you.
but you HAVE TO send a separate thank you for each event. I don't think people will care that it has been 2 months, I'm sure they know you were busy!
For my E-party it took about 2 months before I could send them out because we moved right after it!

My cousin didn't send hers out until after the wedding. She personalized each one and said how sorry she was. She brought up the fact that they moved and their was other issues (maybe you can come up with something lol)! ITs never too late!!!

Send out your shower thank yous now. Youhave some time to send out you wedding thank you cards for the wedding

Jan 31st isn't that long ago. People are very forgiving. Send out the shower TYs now.... hold off on the wedding ones for a few weeks. Some people don't even get their wedding TYs for months. I wouldn't sweat it. People know you were busy.

I think you should send separate shower thank you's first... the wedding thank you's can wait a month or 2...
We were crunched for time so i made really pretty thank you notes on shutterfly. I made a raelly nice message and put 2 pics of us from the past couple of years and 1 pic of us from the shower on it... people are still calling me to tell me how great they were!!

Definitely send out thank yous for the shower now with a sorry for the delay starter to the thank you. We threw a baby shower for a girl who used to work with us and she never sent out thank yous....mind you someone included thank you cards in a gift basket to match the invites she made for her!! We all got her nice gifts and one of the ladies had it catered at her house. We were all very annoyed that she didn't send them.

I would send out shower thank yous with a non-pro pic if you want to use a pic...and wait for your pro pics to do your wedding TYs.

Time flies right by us. Don't worry - I still haven't received a thank you for a shower and wedding that took place in August and October!!! And another friend never even sent them out! Send out the bridal shower thank you's now and then send out your Wedding thank you's when you get them in.

Honestly... I would get those su ckers out ASAP! One for the shower and one for the wedding...when you get your proofs.

Thank you so much for your advice ladies! I am off next week beginning Thursday, so I will make sure the shower thank you's get out in the mail by Saturday. Thanks alot
