Need Advice (Long)

MY FMIL just called my FH saying that see wants us to change the date of our wedding. Apparently his sister has a softball tournament that weekend and will have to go back to college early the next day. They want us to move it into OCTOBER.

I want to have the warmest weather possbile and my FH can't have the wedding in the summer bc of work. This is the earliest date that works for him.

I already am the process of signing my contract with my reception hall, have a date confirmed with the chruch and my DOC!

I dont want to change, any advice? She will be 21 by this time and capable of driving herself or taking the train from NYC- but they said her my FFIL would have to drive her back to connecticut. Also its not a real game its a fall ball tournament.

I learned that no date 'works' for everyone. You have to do what is best for you and your FH. If you change it once ... they will ask you to change it again!
