Need advice on geek squad!

I used them for my ipod. I had that 3 year warantee that I purchased. Well, they kept giving me refurbished ipods and everytime something was wrong with it. Then when I would go there to complain they would waste my whole lunch hour and they wouldn't know what they were talking about. I know more than a handful of ppl that have said the same.

If,you are thinking of bringing your computer there to get fixed...BEWARE. A large percentage of the employees of the Geek Squad are being charged with stealing personal information on your computer. I have not had a good experience with them and most ppl that I know have had the same.
