Need advice on how to handle an !@#hole coworker...long story with a short question at the end.
A little background first:
My boss was fired about 2 months ago. At the time of his firing, another VP in my office was negotiating a deal to turn his position into a department, and for a promotion. His doing this saved my job. He wanted me to work for him from the day he started here, but couldn't because my old boss would have flipped. PS...now he had his chance, and saved me from getting canned in the process. In doing this, he gave his current assistant the shaft (she is horrible, worthless, doesn't know her a$$ from her elbow and is a biatch...no exaggeration) and is having her work for the new person that is starting. I work for this VP in a better capacity than I was before, higher profile, better job...better chances yada yada. Yeah for me, woe for her.
She's been bitter as heck because of this and every opportunity she gets to stick it to me she does. Little things like if there is something I have to ask she holds off on responding...really childish junk. I've learned to blow it all off, because he knows her deal and I don't need to be bothered. Meanwhile, I know the ins and outs of this job in two weeks better than she ever knew them in the 2 years she worked for this person.
Moving on...
I found out that she came in on Saturday to take care of personal stuff. Printing fliers, mailing labels, using envelopes and our mailroom, to send out personal stuff...her demos and whatnot to people. She told me she did this and I told her she was nuts for doing it, because our bosses have a tendancy of showing up on Saturday. She laughed it off. I also know that Friday when he was out, she was doing this all day long while I was busting my a$$. I went to open my bosses office, and low and behold, his computer is already on. No way should it have been because he was out on Friday and away all weekend. I know for a fact that she has his password. I think she was in his computer and his email. She is VERY sneaky, and VERY underhanded. I do not trust her as far as I could throw her.
Do I tell him?
