Is a 2'x2'x2' white glossy box, filled with silver or white chocolate candies either A: too small B: Too cheap C: just not enough or D: just fine?
I would decorate it very simply and elegantly with a ribbon....oh and a monogram sticker!

Excellent! That's 5 in 'favor'.
I think I found the boxes for 65 cents each. The square glossy ones with the tops. Very elegant...and saves me $$!

Great! I think candies/chocolates are a nice detail.
I am having round tins with clear top decorated with a pressed flower sticker.
good luck!

I usually go for something a little more unique in general. It sounds like a pretty token to give your guests and Im sure it will look very nice on the tables with the monogram sticker. But what are your other alternatives? Its hard for me to judge without something to compare it to.

Not 'just fine' I think that is great Martha Stewart had something like that, except (I think) she was coating the candy to make it look like pearls, and thus a little fancier. That is not a good explanation, but I am trying to wrap my brain around what it actually looks like. If you were closer you could smell the wood burning.
If you want me to, I can look for it and try to explain it better.

I think that's fine. I would rather get an edible favor than some trinkety thing I will never use or display in my house.

Misty: When I did wedding planning I used this company for favor boxes that sold those 2x2x2 boxes for even less than 65 cents. Im wracking my brain right now and can't think of it....will have to look into my records.
