I may be over reacting but I'm so upset. Had second hair trial for my daughters sweet 16 as I changed my mind on the style and the hair person said she forgot she's doing a wedding. I have my daughters party in January and my wedding in May and using her for both events. I have an email that the trial wAs today so now I lost all confidence in this person. She apologized and said I would get free hair trial but I was upset and told her that I feel less confident in her. Being a pms bride right now doesn't help. My daughter loved her hair but I just am upset. Do I give her another chance? She said this is the first tkme this happAnd in 20 years but as a perskn having two parties this doesn't make me feel better:(

Ok she called me back apologizing like crazy and giving me free retrial and discount. Attack of the pms bride but still a bit upset what happand.

Totally understandable to be upset. She didn't deliver on something and 'forgot' she had a wedding. It's well within your right (PMS or not lol) to be weary. As long as she knows you're upset and uneasy, she should be kissing your butt from now until then.

I'm one for giving people the benefit of the doubt. If she admitted that it was a mistake and apologized; then you should definitely use her. She is making it up to you by giving you a free trial...plus you like her work; it's hard to find someone that you like with your hair. People are human and make mistakes. Perhaps calling a few days in advance to confirm your appt next time.

I agree- it's frustrating, it's nerve-wracking, but I'd stick with her if you like her. I'd be on top of everything...calling a few days before, calling the day before...etc. Also wouldn't hurt to have another name in your pocket in case something happens.

It's definitely frustrating and nerve wracking but she did call and apologize and is making an effort to make it up to you which a lot of people wouldn't do.
