Need an inexpensive real estate lawyer...

Hi Ladies,
We just put an offer on a house and are waiting to see if it is approved...Uggh so nerve racking! Anyways, we need a real eatate attorney and I don't really want to pay more than $750-$800...is that unreasonable? Anyone know of a good real estate attorney in or near that price range???

Thanks!!!!!
