need an inexpensive reception spot

I'm looking for a place to host an anniversary party since we will be renewing our vows.
I need a place where we can have the ceremony, that fits a small party we are expecting about 50 people, that is closer to the city and we can't spend more than 40 pp +tax and gratuities. thanks for all your help. I want something beautiful and non cheesy looking.
