She does hand calligraphy. It's hand written ink so it won't be raised.
Why do you want raised ink on the envelopes?

I originally didn't care but all the font are raised on everything on the invitation and envelopes already. Where my address/the return address, is raised and now I feel like it looks and feels off. FH says who cares, but I kinda do.

I don't think I've ever seen raised printing on the front of an envelope. Usually it's printed or hand written, so it's flat ink. but I could be wrong!

The invitation company offers it to match the font on the invite, but its $3.00 an envelope.

Re: NEED CALLIGRAPHY HELP
my invites and return rsvp envelope had raised ink, but we used alltype for the envelopes, and they matched the color that was on the invites. i've never seen raised ink for the inner and outer envelopes before. it didn't look weird, IMO, to have raised ink on everything else but the inner and outer envelopes.

That's how it supposed to be if you have raised print on your invites. On the invite itself and all the cards, and the return address of the outer, but not on the front of the envelope. That's either flat, hand-written ink or computerized or labeled...whatever people choose to do. It's seriously honestly so not necessary to get the raised ink on your front outers. I don' t think i've ever even seen it. . It doesn't 'not' match if you use hand calligraphy or computerized on your front outers if everything else is raised. Everything on mine is raised but I had the front outers done in hand calligraphy.

My invitations are one envelope with a liner that's the only way they come and the outer is already raised, should I stop picking at the difference.

Honestly, the only person who will notice is you. Even if your return address is raised, no one will think less of you, your invitations, or your wedding because you didn't pay $3 extra per envelope to put raised lettering for the address...$3 per envelope is A LOT of money that could be used on something that your guests will actually notice and enjoy, like food, alcohol or favors...that's my view, you are of course free to do what you please
