Need Carnival Cruise Help.....Which have you been on??
I am looking for a 5-day carnival cruise that you really enjoyed.
I won a 5-day cruise (could upgrade to a longer one if I wanted). But I don't know which ship/destination to choose.
I don't want Bahamas (been there already)
I wanted to do one out of New Orleans during MArdi GRas, but know I hear it's not that good and the weather at the time is iffy.

I have been on 3 carnival cruises. Two left out of san juan. On my HM we went on a mexican riviera leaving from LA and we had a stop in Catalina, & Ensenada Mexico.
So far my fav was the one where we went to aruba. I loved aruba.

Why not do the Inspiration, I think it goes to Grand Cayman and Ocho Rios... I have not been on Carnival but my favorite destination is the Southern Caribbean. If you can upgrade, see if you can do something on the Destiny. I think they still have the Jubilee in the southern caribbean but that is an older ship.

I went on the Carnival Victory out of NY Harbor to Nova Scotia Canada. I had a blast and that ship is really nice. Also best part is it leaves right from NY!

The Destiny is really nice (then again thats where I met DH so I am partial to it It was the cruise from NY to Nova Scotia. I know they also go out of San Juan to Aruba, St. Thomas area. We did that one on our Honeymoon but not with Carnival the Destiny was behind us the whole time.

I've never taken a Carnival Cruise but have been on the Royal Caribbean. We left from Ft. Lauderdale and went to the caribbean islands. We had a good time.
