Need computer help...

My home computer is on the fritz... I think it may have caught a viruse or a bug or something... My mom told me that they have a mcaffe or norton program for me, But my question is...
If I already have something attacking my computer, will it still work? Or will it not be useful installing it now? I hate this!

I just had this problem I did not have a computer for a month. my father in law came over and fixed it it took him three hours he had to reinstall everything ,it took him three hours we didn't think we were going to get my computer back online, but Here I am finally I missed everyone.

What problems are you having specifically?

Running certain programs?

Internet?

FM or Email me.

There are places you can go to get the patches or fixes if it is a virus or bug.

It maybe a driver problem

Have you recently installed anything?

Do you have Restore Points set up?
