I have seed packet favors and am putting them in flower pots... BUT i want to maybe put the seed packets on a stick which has a paper clip type on one end for the packet (then stick it in the pot, with moss or something) . I KNOW i've seen these 'sticks' somewhere but can't think of where to find it or what its called!!!
thinking its some kind of plant stick... or can you think of an easy way to do this?

lol I have no idea what your talking about but try a garden nursary .. or even home depot. The people at HD are actually REALLY helpful..they really know what they are talking about - at least the one by me

I don't know if you will go for this or not but how about... Putting a craft stick in the pot and attaching the seed packs with either double sidded tape or rubber cement. And if you want you can write the type of flower on the stick.

I was thinking almost the same.. but instead maybe you can buy those plastic stick things.. that come when you buy the actual plant that has the name of the plant etc. on it?

I'm thinking of sorta like the things you stick in flower bouquets that holds the Personal Note... is that a better description? LOL i see it in my head, but was hard to describe.

I was just going to say you need something that Florists use to hold the cards in the middle of a flower arrangement. You can probally find them in a craft store.

Lol, I was just about to post that same picture. That's the only place I can find them online. I don't know if they'll have them at michaels, maybe ask your florist?

Yes..you need those things where they put the note in a bouquet of flowers. Maybe you could ask your florist if you could buy some from them?

why don't you put the moss in tulle and wrap a ribbon around it and put it in the pot and stick the pack of seeds between the moss and pot, sticking up a tiny bit? i have seen this done and it looks really beautiful!

Thanks for the ideas. I would do that, but the favor is almost as wide as the pot so to get it to stick in it bends and looks yucky. I found a bunch of wholesale sites that i can get them from! (since i have a tax id #) YAY! and ill stick them in that florist moss stuff.
BUT should i get the angled ones? That might make the cards easier to read from standing above them.
