I would say the writing is printed on that paper and wrapped around a clear candle tall votive? Then ribbon is glued on?

yea, it's printed on vellum paper. i know there's a thread about it, i'll see if i can bump it for you

iam making these.
iam using vellum paper and double sided tape, LED luminaries inside.

i can't find the post... i'm sorry. Jessie (FutureJOC) may know exactly how it's done though.. I'm pretty sure you just design it in word and print them on vellum paper and glue it all on...

What about using glue dots. They seem easier to use.
