Need dress help

I am going to a wedding at Chateau La Mer in a couple of weeks and I need a dress!! Question one...long or short? Question two...Black or colored?? (I assume I should stay away from purple since I think that's her wedding color). TIA

i'd go for color if i were you because it's more interesting ... but black is fine too

Yea definitely short. Black is classic, but I would get a dress with color.
