I have to drop off my favors to my hall on Wed. My question is a silly one. I have the bells attached to the cards that are packaged in plastic. Do I take the plastic off before dropping them off or just leave it and they wil take care of it???

never assume they will take care of it. if you want it done make sure you tell them. in this situation, i probably would do it myself to ensure it gets done...
