Need feedback on RHs!

It's RH hunting time all over again! This time it's for my Dad's Surprise 60th birthday party though. I'd like to know about the food at these places, as well as how the room looks + the outside of the building (his birthday is in June...so it would be cool to have some pretty outdoorsy areas!)

Koenings
Taste 99 at Carlye on the Green
Milleridge Carriage House
Towers on the Green
Swan Club
Carlyle at the Palace
George Washington Manor
Belmont Racetrack
Metropolitan in Glen Cove

TIA!
