hey ladies, I am meeting with my florist, video, DJ, photog and DOC this weekend to finalize everything ... is there anything I should bring or do?

I just brought $$$$$. And to my DJ I brought the list of songs, photo the list of must take and directions to photo location in between church and RH.
Thats it.

Yeah cause at this point they should know everything. It really isnt a big deal....my appts were literally 10 mins long. Maybe I just was more laid back about things but I didnt give my DJ an extensive list so it was quick and photo was just go over schedule and pics I wanted.
The vendors do this every weekend......I figured they should be able to do their job and my day went so smoothly......I think cause I didnt over plan it all.
