Hi All, I just got engaged 2 weeks ago and set the date for THIS November 11, 2007. I wanted DUET to do my photography, but they are booked . I need another recommendation from a real bride not just an advertisement. I also need a great videographer and DJ, so all recommendations are welcome---thanks so much!!!

We used 12th night for photos and Timeless Treasures for our video. Both were amazing.
Our DJ was Elegancia Entertainment -also amazing. They did a wonderful job of play great music and getting everyone dancing.

Congratulations! I can't guarentee anyone since my big day hasn't arrived yet but so far I highly recommend all these vendors. They have been great to work with & seem like honest people.
Photographer - Konrad Kolen Kolenweddings.com (I love his work & I've heard really good reviews about him)
Video - Dan from Golden Moments
DJ - dj cody from alternative sounds (he DJed at all the clubs I used to goto & now he does weddings too, i love him)
All of these places gave me really reasonable prices, we shopped around a lot. Good luck planning!

I second 12th night. Our wedding hasn't happened yet, either, but their work is fantastic and we are very excited about working with them.

November 11th is our date too, but we got married last year
Anyway, our photographer was AMAZING!!! his name is Vito Kwan and he's from Jasmine Photography. They are based in Queens, but do lots of work in LI and also in NJ (where our reception was). Some proofs in one of my albums. FM me if you would like more info

I am booked with ADA photography and are using them for video as well. I know many people who have used them and all had great experiences Also I am using Tommy's Tunes for dj, they are amazing. Good Luck and congrats on your engagement
WE loved our photographer and booked him 6 weeks before the wedding. He just happened to have my date open. There are two photographers there avaliable for each date. They were amazing check them out The Visual Image www.visualimageonline.com
