hi everyone. I have 11 women who need their hair done for my wedding (myself, 2 mothers, 1 grandmother and 7 BM). I was thinking it would be easier to get it done at the salon. I know that some places open really early (i have an afternoon wedding). Can anyone suggest a good place? Thanks for your help!!

I'm not sure where you live but Hair on 14 in Whitestone or Christies in Bayside are pretty good. If you want someone to come to the house, I used bessie from beautiful girls. Her # is 718-707-1089. good luck!

I also had an afternoon wedding and we took our photos BEFORE the cereomony, which meant I needed a hair / make-up person at the crack of dawn!
TRY Jillan from Gorgeous Faces (vendor on site); She works with a pair of Hairstylists, Sarah & Bridgette. THEY were all awesome. Not only were they supposed to arrive at my hotel at 6am, they were 15 minutes EARLY. Most salons charge you an enormous fee for opening up early, call Jillian, she is talented, has an amazing personality and totally responsible, she will hook you up!
