NEED HELP

Friends of ours are having their ceromony at their hall. They are having a catholic officaint perform the ceromony. However, because they are not getting married in the church - they're marriage is/will not be recognized by the church. They can go and get blessed after they are married by a preist in the church for it to be recognized.

The problem: They would have to go through the entire Pre -Cana process anyway. Also her FH needs to complete his sacraments (confirmation).

Does anyone know of a catholic church or priest that would bless them so that they are recognized and do not have to go through everything (PreCana etc...)???

I know the priest that is doing our mass would bless them without the fh being confirmed. My Fh never made his confirmation. As long as he was baptized and made his first communion that was enough. As for pre-canna I think they would have to do that even if they went to my priest. But they can do it in a day. Fh lives in NJ so him and I did it in one day which made it easier for him. My priest probably won't even ask to see the certificate so they could tell him they took pre-canna somewhere else, but I don't know how they feel about lying to a priest. I wouldn't feel comfortable with that.
