Need Help!

Can anyone suggest a really good place to look for wedding dresses? I thought I found the one I really wanted and was going to place the order and then I realized it was just not the one. The other difficult part is I am not even sure what I want to wear! I am driving myself CRAZY!

all I can say is dont go to davids bridal in Westbury!!!!!! ugh what a nightmare!

I had a great experience working with Geri at Lillettes in Baldwin and Phyllis at Bridal Elegance in Dix Hills. I really wasn't sure what I wanted and they were both so helpful with finding a dress that I really liked and that looked good on me. Now I have my selection narrowed down to three and have the hard part of picking one. Good luck!

I highly recommend Lillette's in Baldwin. I worked with Lydia and she was so patient with me (the world's most indecisive bride ever).

If you are into Demetrios dresses, I recommend Macy's Bridal Salon in Smithhaven Mall in Lake Grove. They were wonderful to deal with. However, i do not recommend the one in Manhasset.

Hey. Dont worry about it and dont stress.
I went to like 5 stores before I found my gown.
If I can offer any bit of advice its this...Dont get your heart set on 1 type of dress. I thought I knew what I wanted. I tried on prob close to 40 gowns similiar to what I had in mind.
I went to Macy's bridal in Manhasset to try on another gown I saw online. I found 'The Dress' and it wasnt anything what I was thinking about getting. Keep your mind open. Try Macy's. I know some people had bad experiences but I thought they/the woman who helped me was wonderful.

WOW!!! thank you guys so much for all your help - sorry I did not reply sooner! This is great info - feel like I have to start my search over again but I just want to find the dress that I feel great in and makes me look great.

Did you end up getting your dress at macys? That is where i found mine - love the top just think the bottom is too large - if I cant find something else I may have them do a narrow A line on it - Good Luck with your dress!@
