Need Help!!!!!!

Okay -- in planning crisis mode- haha

FMIL wants to throw an Engagement Party and in March-- to be specific, March 12th is the only good date for us and the family (any month after March is running too close to wedding date and we dont want to put people out). Things have been hectic with the family, (grandma is moving, packing...craziness) so nothing has been planned yet.

She def wants to keep it in a budget, which I am not 100% sure of, but I think she is hoping to keep it at MOST $24 and under pp at a restaurant in Nassau.

Any suggestions for a rest. with good food that is in the price range in Nassau?

My FH is a Long Islander from Suffolk and I'm from SI, so I am kind of lost.

Any suggestions would be so helpful!

Thanks ladies!!!!!!! <3

I'm not positive on prices, but here are some places you can try:

Seventh Street Cafe in Garden City
King Umberto's - Elmont
Filomena's - Franklin Square
Villa d'este - Floral Park
Umberto's of New Hyde Park - Floral Park
Il Classico - Massapequa
Amici - Massapequa
Jonathan's - Mineola
Uncle Baccala's - Mineola
Novita - Garden City
Waterzooi - Garden City
Cafe Toscano - Massapequa
La Tavola - Lynbrook
Broadway Beanery - Lynbrook
Paul Anthony's - Lynbrook
La Parma - RVC
Frank's Steakhouse - RVC

Also try Davenport Press in Mineola. They have packages that start at 27 pp and go up from there. They have 2 private rooms (one is upstairs and has a small bar and small dance floor). We are having our Rehearsal Dinner there and they have been very nice to work with so far. Ask for Lino (rhymes with Deen-o).

Good luck!
