My Baquent Manager just emailed me that the day of my wedding and the night before she will not be there one of her BFFs are getting married the same day and is in the wedding party and has to be there the wedding was suppose to be in april of 2013 but it got pushed up to my DATE... These is the second banquet manager we are working with the 1st one got fired now its going to be the third... DO I HAVE A REASON TO BE UPSET?????

I don't think so. You have plenty of time to get acquainted with this other banquet manager. Hopefully he or she will be just as good as the one you've been dealing with!

I think that was nice and professional of her to inform you of her absence. However, I'd ask who the BM would be on the night and day of your wedding so you can become acquainted with them as well.
