NEED HELP!! All Included Venue on a Budget: Woodside Queens

Can someone recommend an all included package at a venue for sixty people near Woodside Queens?
Date: July 13th evening.
Need: Cake, Pictures, Food, Champagne, Nice Chairs and Tables, etc...

We're both teachers... I'm thinking 30 dollars a plate PLEASE Help!!!

I think you may need to change your criteria if you are looking in NYC. Even at the lowest of the low, i highly doubt you will find those prices for a Saturday night event. Perhaps changing it to a Friday or Sunday, and during the day would help too.

We are having our engagement party at the American Legion in Valley Stream it's 3400 for liquor, has nice tables and chairs and a big dance floor. This doesn't cover food, you could probably find cheap catering from a nearby Deli. There is also a smaller room which might even be cheaper, this doesn't include cake (you can get a sheet cake from Costco for under 100). Pictures might be more expensive but if you are having a DJ they can usually provide a photographer for pretty cheap, I know a DJ who charges 250 for an add on of a photographer and a DVD of images. I know this is a little more than what you had wanted to spend, but hopes it helps in some way, good luck!

I think you should look into Villa Russo, Bruno on the Blvd. THese are the two places I thought of when you mentioned Queens.

Not sure if you can get all inclusive for $30 per person. But make an appt with these places, and see what you can realistically do.

I believe these places have all inclusive packages.

Maybe limiting alcohol can lower the price
Lower the dinner selections
Adding buffet and not plated dinner helps too

Run your options, but its doable. Maybe do a twlight wedding from 12-5pm? That helps cut costs. Also, August might be cheaper than July. Play around with everything.

I'm not sure what you mean by nice chairs we all have different opinions here. It can totally be done just have to book with a banquet hall rather then a catering hall. I think Charisma is near by in fLUSHINGnever been there but I think it will get the job done having a wedding under $30 per person. Good luck and congrats

Didn't realize you need photo as well. Instead of champagne maybe Wine from Trader Joes? As for Cakes the Costco option is great but there are affordable bakeries I just contacted a lady who will be making my daughter's 7th bday cake and she quoted me a very resasonable price she just started up $150-250 price range seriously reasonable she's a family friend. https://www.facebook.com/WoodhavenCakesByJay?fref=ts

No worries a wedding can be done on any kind of budget just make sure that you are willing to compromise a little to stay within your budget. These ladies on here have several ideas..

$30 seems very low to me, especially to include photos and liquor. We had our engagement party as a luncheon at an italian restaurant and for family style, beer & wine we paid $47 per person and I thought that was a good deal.

Our rehearsal was $30pp and that did not include all the extras that you are asking for, just food and beer and wine. We had a delicious meal and I thought that was a great deal.

I have heard that Bruno's on the Blvd, Dante, Villa Russo, Astoria Manor, Riccardo's are very affordable, but I'm still not sure you could get it below $30pp. If you're open to changing your date, you might be able to get that price at one of the above places if you did an off day in an off season month, though you might have to nix cocktail hour and have a limited open bar. As for pictures, your best bet might be to find a student who is talented and needs to gain experience. Good luck!!!!!

im going to a wedding this weekend at waters edge in long island city...not woodside and not sure how affordable it is - but they have a great view of the nyc skyline and its in queens! maybe they'd be able to work around your budget somehow off season.
