How do you approach a vendor of yours who missed a key element (or I should say a key person!) in your video highlight trailer of your wedding? Is it okay to ask him to adjust the highlight trailer to include a clip of the person???

I couldn't agree more.
Tell them you are not happy and you want it fixed. You paid a lot of money and you need to be 100% satisfied. Yes, it is OK to make request a change.
