Need Help ASAP

Ahh..We are getting married in 9 days and I need to get a gift for my parents, who have planned this entire wedding.....Anyone have any ideas...My parents are the type of people that when they want something, they just buy it...so what can I get them?????

How about a weekend @ a Bed & Breakfast ?
Are they wine people ? You can join a 'Wine of the Month' club for them.....

A gift certificate to a great restaurant maybe. Or a spa/massage or something to treat themselves.

Definitely a weekend at a B&B or at the spa - they deserve it after all the wedding plans (if they're anything like my parents anyways!!)

You can get a good deal out at Gurneys for a weekday or weekend getaway.... My mom loved it last time she went.. Good Luck

Besides a trip, which sounds really nice, all I can think of is something that would bring them back to when they got married. Where did they go one thier honeymoon? What was thier song? Maybe you could incorporate that. Like a trip to there honeymoon spot, or if that is too much, a dinner that has that type of food. Or dinner at their fave resturant and a hotel stay. With a limo. And with the song, a concert with that band or singer.

How about a dinner theater? I've been to one and they are alot of fun. Depends on what kind of personality they have. Good Luck and Best Wishes on you wedding day!

I got my parent/inlaws gift certificate theater tickets, along with a gift certificate to Carmines in NYC.

I was just going to suggest the same thing!!

Plus if you want to go all out, get them a limo to take to NYC so they dont have to worry about driving or the train.

do they like music? i gave my folks for an anniversary a season of concert tickets to the area's orchestra jazz/pops sessions. they loved them.

I agree that you should do an overnight stay in NYC.

We did this for my Future In Laws. We made them a power point presentation booklet that had everything in it:

The first page laid out the itinerary for the Saturday night vacation package...

2nd page described their overnight accomodations at the NY Palace (we paid for)

3rd page described the restaurant (Jean Georges) where we made them reservations and got them a gift certificate

4th page gave the reviews of the show we got them tickets for that night!

They LOVED it!!!
