i hurt my wrist really bad, every time i move it i am in so much pain. the thing is i want to get it checked but i dont have insurance, do i have to go to the emergency room or can i go to my regular doctor to do xrays. the other problem is that the pain is so bad i dont think ill make it through the weekend. will the emergency room even take me without insurance?

the ER HAS to take youy with or withoout insirance, you'll also be able tog et checked and get xrays all in one shot. As farf as what will work out better financially I don't really know. If you don't want to wait a long time at the ER you can ry a First Med or MediSys center. Good Luck and feel better

You can go to your regular dr. but most places maky you pay in full at the time of the visit.

hospital is probally the easiest thing to do... keep in mind, when you go to hospital (in my experience at least) they are a couple months behind when it comes to billing and even at that, they will work with you to pay. your regular dr. might not accept you since you have no insurance.

just be prepared with going to the ER though- you will get a Doctors bill AND an ER bill. Yes, they have to take you regardless of if you have insurance or Not, BUT the expenses for an ER are MUCH higher than a doctors office
