i have a wedding to go to tomorrow and i just tried on the dress I'm wearing and the hem is tooo long. I lost weight causing the bottom to drop! Does anyone know a seamstress in the Kings Park, Commack area that can alter the dress in a few hours??? What do I do? I have no time to get a new one!

You should try a cleaners they might be able to do a quick turn around

Since it's just a hem, I'd try a dry cleaner. You can tell which ones do the alterations onsite when you walk in (you can usually see their sewing area).

I also would try a cleaner - they would probably be the quickest for you.

use toupee tape, like they tell you to use under your jeans when theyre too long
definitely try the cleaners first thing in the morning... they should be able to help
