Need Help big time for honeymoon

Need help big time my uncle said that he was going to pay for our honeymoon and now he is not. I need help to find some where cheap to go on a honeymoon. Cause we are paying for our wedding. So we can't afforad much.
what are the best places.

we're taking the ferry over to CT and staying at a quaint little B&B in Mystic. We'll do some golfing, and some fishing and tons of relaxing We're not beachy people, so this seemed to fit us perfectly. Not really sure what you guys are into, but it's an option.

FH and I are staying at his parents beach house in CT and we will be doing some local sightseeing in Mystic 1-2 days!

We will go on our honeymoon in October to Italy for 17-19 days.

WHat about Atlantic City??
Or what about VEgas? My mom gets really good airfare from Southwest out of Macgarther Airport. Try going to expedia.com, travelocity.com and take a look. They might have some good packages.

I know alot of people on here are going to mexico for a really good price. GO to beachbumvacations.com & talk to Haley--maybe she can give you good places w/in your budget

We're paying for our entire wedding ourselves too and were not planning on taking a HM until someone in my office told us about Equinox Resort & Spa in Manchester Village, VT. They've got a wonderful honeymoon package - very affordable! We're paying $1,200 which includes 3 nights 4 days 50 min massage for both, and other perks also includes resort taxes and fees, etc....their website is below.
It's not Aruba or Italy, but it's wonderful for what we can afford. It's worth checking out. Good luck!

if your heart is set on the tropics, I would strongly recommend Mexico. It's very reasonable! you don't really need all inclusive (unless you want to) because the restaurants there are great and not pricey!

u could do that at the poconos. u get 2 meals a day. u could get breakfast in bed at no additional charge

You can book anything online and then go to tripadvisor to check out feedback on the place. Mexico is very affordable. You could go all inclusive for 5-6 nights for $2000.

Dominican Republic is very inexpensive and most resorts are all inclusive.

why not try one of the all-inclusives in the caribbean? fh and i spent 5 days at couples swept away negril in jamaica for $1500, all inclusive! it was a great time. we went in september during hurricane season, which i assume is when you'll be going, and it was totally fine. an afternoon rainstorm each day, but that's really it. and the prices are great at that time of year!

Pick up the latest issue of Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel. ON page 91 they list the 40 best top deals for the time around your honeymoon for all around the world.

Here's one of my favorites

Air fare from NY to Costa Rica- 825 per person and 4 nights all inclusive at a five star resort. The link to the agent offering the deal is eleisurelink.com. You can add on extra nights too for about 100 a person.

TONS of great deals out in this Mag for everywhere!You can easily do a trip for under 2000.
