NEED HELP Choosing Appetizer Course

Okay- back to square one- FI is not happy with what we were originally planning on doing....

I am just worried about having a Duet Course.... I want to choose something that most guests will enjoy....

It is between these... what do you think:

Spouting Cucumber Tower
Ciungini Mozzarella with Tear Drop tomatos tossed wtih infused oils with petit baby lettuce

Warm Lump Crab Cake
Pan Seared Lump Crab Cake, Spicy Tomato Remoulade with grilled Corm over hybird lettuce

Tuscan Bistro
Tri-Colored Greens, Yellow Tomatoes, avocados, roasted peppers over grilled ciabatta bread and warm baked goat cheese en croute

Exotic Mushroom Tart
Mushroom Tart topped with Reggiano Crumbs over Mixed Field Greens

Thai Salad
Mizzuna and Frisee tossed with Diakon Radish, Carrots and Shitake Mushrooms with seasame vinagerette and fried rice noodles. served with raspberry glazed duck breast.

Or I could do a regular salad and seperate appetizer.... I WANT TO CHOOSE SOMETHING THAT WILL MAKE MOST PEOPLE HAPPY- ESPECIALLY IF I GO WITH THE DUET COURSE-

I voted for the cucumber tower. I do not eat seafood, so I would not eat the crabcake

Tuscan Bistro sounds good and is the only one I would eat on that list. I am still such a picky eater...I hate it!

Cucumber tower!

If I understand correctly, it is the cucumber tower, on or with the letuce, tomato & cheese?

Even my DH who doesn't eat cucumbers & tomatos would eat the cheese & lettuce.

I would choose the Tuscan Bistro. A lot of people are allergic to shellfish, so I'm not putting it on our menu.

Personally, I'd love the crab cake, but I think you can't go wrong with the cucumber tower.

Cucumber tower or the tuscan bistro would be my choices. There are a lot of people who don't like/allergic to shellfish and/or vegetarian.

I voted for the Tuscan Bistro - can't eat seafood, otherwise I would have gone with the crab cake.

For me it's between the tuscan bistro and the mushroom tart. The tart would be my choice if this was a restaurant, but I think often people have issues with mushrooms. Same with cucumbers. I think the bistro would satisfy everyone (except maybe low-carb people, but hey -- it's a special occasion! )
