need help cruise planning!!!!!

DH and I are planning to go on a cruise at the end of June. We are going with some family members too. We want to go on either RCCL Navigator or Adventurer of the Seas. Anyone ever go on either ship?

Can anyone recommend a travel agent or web site where we can find a good deal? Anyone good to work with? I plan on calling Cruise One today.

I haven't been on either of those ships, but for cheap cruise prices, check out:
Cruise Value Center I've booked with them before, and they've been the best prices I have found by far. No travel agent would match (or come close to) their prices. In fact, my travel agent did not believe the prices I was telling her.
Cruise compete this site is kinda hit or miss, depending on the cruise, you can get a bunch of quotes, or just one, and some of the agents take up to a week to get back to you. I've seen good prices on there though.
Also, I don't remember their website, but there is a place that advertises in Newsday, with the add with the flying people that says something like 'afraid to fly?' they're located in hauppauge and they only sell Royal Caribbean and Celebrity cruises. You can request a quote online, but they send it to you in the mail. They sent us VERY good quotes, but it took almost a week to get them. Not sure if you can go directly to their office, but I'm sure you can call. Also, be sure to mention that you're going with a group. You might qualify for a group discount. Good Luck!

The most reliable company with the best prices is best price cruises My family and I have used them for the past 5 cruises we have taken and their prices are great.

Check out cruisecritic Just like this board but for cruises. You can go to the RCCL board and ask a ton of questions.

I used lastcallcruises.com to book my honeymoon.... if the prices go down after you book, they adjust the price accordingly... we actually saved about 200 a piece when the price went down after booking. They also had the best price when I was shopping around.... it's worth a call or email. We were very happy with the service.

We've used them several times for cruises and have gotten GREAT prices. I don't have any complaints. They are very nice to deal with. They list the prices on the website and then I think you have to call and speak to one of their agents to actually book it. Even though it only lists cruises for the next 90 days, you can do a search for specific dates and it will come up with cruises for those dates as well, but the prices will not be as low as if you wait a little longer. They have even upgraded us a few times to a better category room.
