I think I like #3 the best...I like the sash. But they are all cuuute, so I don't think you could really go wrong.

I LOVE #3 and may use it for my flower girl. I pulled it out of a magazine months ago. It's not too expensive either. Not sure if the sash comes in different colors though...

I also def. think number three. The other dresses seem a little too mature for an 18 month old. That one is perfect!

yeah, definitely #3. #2 looks like it has sashes of tulle that are somewhat loose and a toddler is going to want to play with those.
