Need Help- Feeling a little stressed.....

Ok so obviously I'm having my reception at the Watermill, which I absolutely am in loooveee with!! They have a great outdoor area to take pictures but I also wanted to go somewhere in between the church and the RH, I prefer a place that has an indoor/outdoor area....A few of my friends and I were researching places at work the other night and all the places that I fell in love with are in nassau and it's just way to far to travel in between Can someone pleeeeease suggest a few places out in suffolk to take pictures at? TIA

Re: Need Help- Feeling a little stressed.....

i found some older posts and saw some suggestions:

1. holtsville ecology site

2. vanderbilt mansion in centerport

3. bayard arboretum in oakdale

i think some of these places either have a site fee or require an insurance permit. hth!

Not sure specifically but I think theres nice places in St. James. St. James is only like 5 minutes from the Watermill too.

I grew up in Smithtown and there aren't many places to take pictures but the beaches on the North Shore (Nissequgue & Sunken Meadow) are nice and Flowerfield in St. James is really pretty.
There is always the Vanderbilt mansion...
