Need help finding a caterer!!

It seems like I dreaming the impossible dream when it comes to finding a caterer. I am having my reception in the parish hall and I am having the hardest time finding a reasonable off site caterer. Can anyone please, please, please recommend a reasonable priced cater for downtown Manhattan. Preferably someone who can keep Spanish, Americans and Italian guests happy. If the caterer does not provide chairs, and dance floor, can someone please recommend one also. As it stands my guest will be dancing on carpet and eating off of paper plates Why is this so difficult!!! TIA
