does anyone know the difference between airbrushing and not. what is the benefit of airbrushing? Anyone know of a good makeup artist?

I am using Jacqueline Nicole. I had a trial with airbrushing- it is supposed to stay on better. I really like it there, but when I got outside in the sunlight my makeup looked to heavy and I did not like it. She did my eyes great- I was very happy with her, but I may not have her do the airbrushing- I have to talk to her about it.
