need help finding a song to dance to my father with

we were thinking in my life by the beatles. i cannot find a website that has a sample of this song do you girls know of a website that has this song? also if not what are your suggestions for father daughter songs. What are you guys using?

i might use lanslide by fleetwood mac, or possibly lullaby by billy joel (although someone on here said it is very hard to dance to!)

i think in my life is a great choice!

i am not certain of a website, but maybe you can go to cdnow.com and do a search on the beatles? sometimes they have clips of songs on the site.

Too funny - I plan on using this song but the theme version from the TV show Providence. I couldn't find the entire song anywhere either. Then FI downloaded it from Morpheus but I can't find it on the computer. If I can come uop with anything, I'll let you know.

yeah ive tryied everywher to find this song i talked my dad out of butterfly kisses or daddys little girl for some reason i cant stand that song and thinks its over played. and will not dance to it i vowed to not havethat played.

I danced to 'Isn't She Lovely' by Stevie Wonder. We liked it because it was upbeat.

I'm thinking of 'My Special Angel' by Bobby Helms. My dad is into oldies music and this song reminds me of him. Go to wedalert.com, you can sample songs.

Corinne 7477, I couldn't agree with you more. I love that song Butterfly Kisses, but it is defnitely overplayed. I am stuck in limbo with this one forthe moment.

I am dancing with my Dad to You Lite Up My Life by Debbie Boone. I used to sing it to my Dad when I was little.

I just got married in September. My band suggested The Prayer by Andre Boccelli and Celine Dion. It is a beautiful song and my band(A current Affair) did an amazing performance of it.
