Ok, so we are doing CD's as favors for the wedding. Thats fine, but not EVERY person is getting a CD, it is one per couple. So, we can't do them at the seats, cause how do we know where the couples are sitting.
So, we are trying to think how we could have the CD's standing up with labels and have them double as place cards.
Does anyone know where we can find little holders, like, mini-easals or something like that, sortof like when you have a small plate to display??
I saw some at Michaels, but they were a $2 each, and they were a little fancier than we need.
TYI for any ideas you might have!

I've seen this done before with the placecards attached to the cds, but they were just laying flat on the table. I tried a search online but everyting I found is the same place as Michaels!

Our original thought was to lie them flat on the table, but... I think there would be too many? probably 80-90 of them. Wouldn't that take up to much room????

As I was reading your post, I was thinking 'mini-easels'. I think that's the easiest way. And as Julz33 said, try Michaels or JoAnn fabrics. Or even Pearle Paint. I think on between each 2 place settings is good, it think that way it signifies 1 per couple.
That is a good idea, but I am using plastic CD covers.. so.. I am afraid to open them and stand them up because i don't want the CD's to start falling out.

there is another website that sells nice labels for the actual cd's and for the envelopes. i think its Myweddinglabels.com
