I’ve heard that eye cream with Vitamin K in it is supposed to help under-eye circles…

Does this work? I really need help with my dark circles, but wasn't sure if this worked or not (I see it in the drugstore all the time!)

I know I need help with this too ... if one more person says 'you look so tired' (even when I'm NOT) .. eesh I know I look like hell!

I have heard mixed reviews – some people swear by it, others say not. Personally I have never used this product (I use Clinique Anti-Gravity Eye Lift Cream). But there are many companies that make eye creams for under-eye circles…drugstore.com has a lot of reviews…

Is your Clinque Cream white or pink
Sounds stupid but I once got the 'anti-gravity' version as a sample, it was white. When I went to buy something for the circles under my eyes they sold me 'All about the eyes' which is pink. So confused.

Still this stuff makes my eye area so soft. I am religious about using it every morning and every evening.

I use the sample…it’s white cream with a green lid…

I always said when I ran out of the sample I’d go buy “All About Eyes” instead, but strangely enough, I’ve been using the sample for like a year, and it’s showing no signs of running out! It’s definitely good stuff.

Thanks for all the advice. I keep getting told I look tired and sick, so that is just no good. Will let you all know if something works better than the other.

Re: Need Help for Dark bags under eyes

Ok...here is the situation on dark bags under the eyes.

Last week I went to Patricia Wexler's office (she is that famous NYC dermatologist that was on Oprah). Anyway, I asked the doctor that saw me (Wexler did not do the procedure that I wanted) about the bags under my eyes.

He said they are caused by three things:
1. Inherited.
2. Allergies.
3. Blood leaking out of your veins (this isn't a problem, just a fact).

Anyway, mine was the result of number 3. You can tell because my bags are purple-ish. If yours are brownish, then it is likely 1 or 2 which is better. You can use a lightening cream that can help. For the purpleish, you can use eye cream to improve the texture of the skin, but it won't influence the color. Instead, you would need plastic surgery.

Hope this helps.

Gosh funny you bring this up!!

The other night DH and I were watching Queer eye for a Straight guy and they straight guy had huge black circles under his eyes. The queer guy gave him some kind of cream and I didn't hear what it was and he told him that they would be gone in 6 weeks...

I wish I know what it was...I need it too!

Mine is caused by allergies and the only thing I can do to lessen them is take claritian and drink lots of water!
