Need help for FSIL!! (updated)

My FSIL got married Jan. 24 2003. She was 5 months pregnant and wore a maternity outfit at the church but never had a reception. now she is having a come celebrate my marriage/christening party. Should she wear a wedding dress or just a regular dress. She feels funny wearing a wedding dress because she is already married. Do you think it would be funny? here is a pic of dress she is thinking about. also a pic of the non-bridal dress. the party will be at sunset harbor. which dress??

i love that dress! i was looking at it when i was collecting pictures of what i wanted to wear for my wedding.
i don't hitnk there's any problem with her wearing a wedding gown for the recption!
and i think that dress is amazing!!!

I think she should definitely wear that dress. It is bridal but not too bridal looking! know what i mean?

Also,both marriage and christianings are white affairs- so a white dress, not too dressy, dressy-like the one above would fit perfectly in that affair!

That dress is gorgeous and elegant and definitely fits her situation. Tell her to wear it!

I love love that dress! I have seen it in magazines and I always marvel at it! I think it is perfect! She should go for it!

oooh, love the second one too but I am still voting for the 1st one or even the2nd one in white. I think she should defnitely go for the white look b/c of the reason why I said earlier. All those invited should be so happy to celebrate both occassions with her ans she should not be embarressed to celebrate her marriage either!

I would go with number one, it is a beautiful dress and she is celebrating her marriage after all. I think it would look more appropriate than the second dress, but that's just my opinion.

I would go for the first one! It is a very special day, and although things were a little 'backwards', (we, too had our baby first), she should not feel awkward about celebrating her marriage! Nor her awesome new bundle of joy!!! The second one is lovely, but the first is stunning! Tell her I said best wishes and the congrats to the newlyweds and their awesome addition!
