Need Help for Tomorrow!

Need Help for Tomorrow!

Ok I'm finally in New York and it is freezing!!! I can't believe it is snowing so much!

So girls, I need help for my wedding-filled day tomorrow. First I'm going to meet my minister. Next, I'm going to see the Harbor Club tomorrow and meet with their wedding cordinator. Next my florist is coming to the Harbor Club to help me pick out flowers, decor, etc.

This may be my only chance to do weeding stuff before I leave, and I'm not coming back until a week before my wedding.

What things do I need to go over with these people while I'm here? Are there any must-ask questions I should ask, must-do deals to make, or anything else I should do while I'm face-to-face with these people.

Thank with any help you can give! Stay warm everyone!!

Looks like you have things already planned.. Are you using limos?? Day of Coordinator?? If not, it looks like you're good to go!! Good luck..

I haven't thought of limos yet.

What sort of questions should I ask the wedding cordinator at my RH? Can I know I have to set details of my menu and table linens, but I'm blanking at anything else I'm suppossed to do.

Also I have no idea what I'm suppossed to ask my florist! Do I ask for specific flowers or what?

If you have pics of CP's that you like, show the florist, same for bouquets and such. Its easier to show pics, instead of trying to convey it usually. You prob dont need to pick the table linens till about the week before, same for your menu. Ask her to give you a copy of the table arrangement, which should show you a better lay out of the room, where the DJ/band goes, where the head table, BP and parent tables usually are, etc. Ask her if you are allowed to have candles if you are using them. also, ask who will be setting up the room, and when. Are you able to come there the day before or few days before to bring your stuff there? who will set up the room for you? Your planner, you or someone from the hall? Make sure you explain how you want everything if you wont be there again till your wedding day..

its hard to decide now.. but just try to give her an overall sense of what you want.
