Need help from Bravura Brides!

Is it me, or is the final music form like IMPOSSIBLE to save?? I have filled it out about 3 times now and it keeps saving as a blank document. Please help! :(

I had no problems saving it?? Try doing save as instead of just save. I saved it before I filled it in. What kind of computer are you using?
